Our Commitment

  • Visible focus indicators — links, buttons, and form fields display a clear focus outline so you always know where you are on the page.
  • Text alternatives — meaningful images include descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast — text and interface colors are chosen to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios for readability.
  • Reduced-motion support— animations respect the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system, so movement is minimized if you prefer.
  • Responsive, resizable design — the site adapts to different screen sizes and supports text resizing and zoom without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively working to improve include documents provided in PDF form and any content or functionality supplied by third parties, such as embedded maps or our client portals, which are outside our direct control. We are committed to addressing known issues and welcome your feedback to help us prioritize.

While we choose vendors that value accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces they control.
